摘要 羊毛低温染色具有节能、染后羊毛纤维损伤小等优点.研究了羊毛在低温染色时温度、鳞片层结构、染料结构、助剂等因素对羊毛染色时扩散性能的影响.经对比得出结论:线性结构、空间阻碍较小的染料在羊毛上的扩散性能好,经剥鳞处理后羊毛纤维在低温时有更高的扩散系数,添加助剂有利于保护羊毛,但染色时扩散系数却变小.低温染色时,温度的降低是有限的,受羊毛溶胀性能的影响,能达80℃;经充分剥鳞片处理后有可能在70℃达到低温染色的效果,而在60℃以下,低温染色效果不理想. Low-temperature dyeing the wool has advantage of energy-saving and making less damage to wool etc after dyeing. The influences of temperature, structure of scale-layer, structure of dyes and assistant on diffusibility in low-temperature dyeing the wool were studied. The results showed that dyestuff with linear struc-ture and low space baffle has a better diffusibility in wool dyeing, the wool fiber via scale-stripping has a higher diffusion coefficient in low-temperature. Flowever, the diffusion coefficient became smaller after adding assistant although it was in favor of protecting the wool. The decrease in temperature during low-temperature dyeing was limited, which was affected by the swelling property of wool, it could be 80℃. Wool fiber via enough scale-stripping treatment might be dyed at 70℃, but the dyeing effect in low-temperature (〈60℃) was not ideal.
