摘要
从羊绒常用的酸性媒介染料和活性染料入手,对羊绒进行多种方法的预处理,再辅以低温助剂,达到降低染色温度的目的。采用在线染色机模拟大生产工艺,检测不同条件下的染色指标(上染率、固着率);采用数理统计和方差分析方法进行实验优化,确定出不同染料情况下的低温染色最佳工艺。
Acid medium dyes and active dyes are used in cashmere dyeing in this article. Pretreatment (enzyme, oxygenation pretreatment, alkali pretreatment) is cooperated with low temperature agent in order to drop in temperature. Also in this article, internationally advanced online dyeing machine is applied in order to display accurately, promptly and dynamically the whole dyeing process, and meanwhile detects dyeing index(dyelng uptake and color fixing rate)under different conditions. The most suitable processing parameters with different dyes are determined by mathematical statistics and variance analysis.
