摘要
为解决羊毛常规染色存在温度高、损伤大、耗费能源等问题,选用定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶对羊毛进行预处理,然后采用低温染色达到羊毛常规染色的效果。试验采取两种途径,一是定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶预处理羊毛后染色,即按两浴法进行;二是定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶预处理羊毛与染色一浴法。结果表明,后者工艺简单易行,可保持羊毛柔软的手感,优点突出。
To solve the problem of high temperature, great injury and energy waste in process of wool's conventional dyeing , the article uses WSL new enzyme to deal with wool and attains the result of conventional dyeing in lower temperature. We have two methods: one is that WSL new pretrearing wool and dyeing it are in two dyeing bathes. The other is they are in the same dyeing bath. The result shows that the process of the latter is simple , easily operates and maitains the softy handle of the wool at the same time.
