摘要
采用国产新型羊毛促染剂(DFA系列)进行低温染色,在90℃的染色温度下,选择3种染料,上染4种颜色,并采用传统常温和低温2种染色工艺进行了工业对比实验,测试结果表明,低温染色与传统染色相比,平均减少10%的染色时间,可在一定程度上减少纤维损伤。实验综合评价认为,低温染色纱线质量、产品手感较好,各项色牢度指标达到了传统染色效果。
Wool fiber can be damaged in various degrees in dyeing stage which depend on beth dyeing method and shade. In practice we have found that the wool fiber, particularly the cashmere and superfine wool are most likely to be damaged, as a result, special measures must be taken for such fibers in every processing stage. There are some ways in reducing the degrees of wool damage, in which we adopted the newly developed auxiliaries named DFA series in low temperature dyeing stage which the temperature is controlled below 90℃. Three kinds of dyestuffs which used to dye four different shades were selected for this industrial trials to observe the processing situation through comparing two dyeing methods, the traditional and low temperature dyeing. The results showed that 10% of dyeing time can be saved and the degree of wool damage in low temperature dyeing can be reduced to some extent in comparing with traditional dyeing method. As a whole, the yarn quality, fabric handle and colour fastness with low temperature dyeing are better than those of traditional method.
