摘要
探讨汽蒸处理对羊毛纤维染色性能的影响。研究表明,经过汽蒸处理,羊毛纤维的结晶度随汽蒸温度的升高与汽蒸时间的延长而降低,而羊毛纤维表面摩擦系数、上染率、K/S值及扩散系数随汽蒸温度的升高与汽蒸时间的延长不断增大。得出结论:汽蒸处理使得羊毛纤维的染色性能得到较大改善。
The effect of steaming on dyeing properties of wool fiber were tested. The research showed that after steaming, the crystalline of wool fiber decreased with the increasing of steaming temperature and time, and the surface friction coefficient, dyeing rate, K/S value and diffusion coefficient of wool fiber were all increased with the increasing of steaming temperature and time. Therefore, the conclusion was that steaming treatment greatly improved the dyeing property of wool fiber.
