摘要
运用泡沫技术对棉针织物进行单面染色,分析了各工艺因素对染色织物K/S值的影响,确定棉针织物单面泡沫染色的优化工艺条件为:DEKsol活性蓝BK 150%5 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠3 g/L,海藻酸钠1 g/L,尿素5 g/L,碳酸钠20 g/L,焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间4 min,涂覆速度1.5 m/min,涂覆厚度0.7 mm,发泡比11.6,轧辊压力1×105Pa。
One side dyeing of cotton knitted fabric is carried out with foam technology. The influences of various technical factors on/O＇S value of the dyeings are analyzed. The optimum process of one side foam dyeing is DEKsol reactive blue BK 150% 5 g/L, sodium dodecyl sulfate 3 g/L, sodium alginate I g/L, urea 5 g/L,sodium carbonate 20 g/L, curing at ]20 ℃ for 4 min, coating speed 1.5 m/min, coating thickness 0.7 mm, foaming ratio 11.5 and roll pressure 1 × 105 Pa.
