摘要 本文针对两种弱信号处理模块的精确快速测试需求,设计了一套弱信号处理模块自动测试系统,可以兼容两种模块的测试。以NI公司的LabVIEW8.2为开发平台,运用GPIB总线虚拟仪器技术,通过GPIB接口实现工控机对外围仪器设备的控制,并设计了测试数据传输、处理和报表生成功能。经批量的产品测试表明测试系统可对模块各项功能指标进行实时准确的测试,工作稳定可靠,具有较高的实用价值。 For the need of accurate and efficient automatic test of two types dim-signal processing modules, this work designed one automatic test system which can test both types of modules. By taking LabVIEW8. 2 of NI Company as the developing platform, the industrial control computer control several external equipments by GPIB interface. The functions of data transmission, data processing and report form have been designed. Through several batches' test, it has been proved that the testing system can acquire, display and store measured data by real-time for. So the test system has determinate practicality value.
