摘要
以PXI总线技术为核心的测试平台被广泛应用于复杂系统技术参数的自动测试,对其进行系统级计量检定技术的难题是制约该测试平台作用发挥的主要因素.本文结合工程实践,通过对PXI总线测试平台的组成、工作原理、计量检定需求进行分析研究,提出一套可用于对PXI总线测试平台进行系统级计量检定的技术方案.本方案既可用于对多种类PXI总线测试模块的自动计量检定,又可用于对测试适配器的计量检定.
The PXI bus-based test platform is widely used in the automatic test of technical parameters of complex systems. However, the system-level metrological verification technology has restricted the role of the platform. Based on the engineering practice, we studied the platform composition, working principle, metrological requirements, and put forward a metrical method for the platform. The method can be used not only for the metrological verification of the PXI bus-based test modules but also for that of the adapters.
