摘要
在充分分析和研究某型航空装备综合ATE系统及其计量特点的基础上,针对传统计量校准方式的弊端,提出了计量机构现场服务和测量过程控制相结合的计量校准方法。对这两种方法的原理和具体实施进行了阐述,并给出了具体实例。实用证明,通过这两种方式的结合解决了传统单台仪器计量的不完整性以及计量周期内质量无法控制等问题,实现了ATE系统计量的综合化、自动化和机动化。
Based on the sufficient analyses and research of the integrated ATE system of an aeronautic equipments along with its characteristic of metrology, aiming at the shortcomings of traditional metrology methods, this paper advances an metrology method that combines on-site service and measurement process control. The principle and actualization of these two methods are expounded, and the examples are given at last. The method application proved that it can resolve half-baked data by the traditional metrology methods and can keep the quality in control between metrology. It makes the metrology for ATE system integrated, automatic and movable.
