摘要
根据机载ATE计量保障的要求,针对ATE整体性的特点,通过研究某型机载ATE的测试资源,结合当前部队实际计量工作,提出了确定机载ATE总体技术指标的原则,并对部分总体技术指标进行了不确定度分析,确定了部分机载ATE总体技术指标,合成数据科学,TUR满足量值传递的要求,得到的修正值和不确定度在实际测试中给予了验证,合理可行,是一种有益的探索,有助于规范地开展机载ATE计量工作。
Accoring to the requirements of metrology support of airborne ATE,aiming at the features of integration of airborne ATE,by means of researching the testing resources of a type of airborne ATE,and combining the current situation of measuring work in the army,brings forward the principle of ensuring airborne ATE total technical index and analyzes the uncertainty degrees of some of the total technical index.TUR meets the needs of amount transmission.The value and uncertainty given was verified in the real test,which is reasonable and workable.To ensure some airborne ATE total technical index is helpful for the canonical measurement of airborne ATE.
