摘要
秸秆锅炉在运行中,由于燃料所含碱金属成分较高,较易引起受热面的结渣沉积,影响锅炉的安全运行.结合秸秆锅炉燃烧特点和秸秆燃料特性,并根据工程实际,就秸秆燃料燃烧过程中的结渣机理、结渣部位,以及结渣特性的评判方法进行分析.此外,得出了生物质灰熔融的特性曲线,以及碱金属所占灰成分比重.
Straw boiler in operation, due to fuel higher alkali metal, is more prone to cause slagging of the heating surface deposition, affecting the safe operation of boilers. Combination of straw boiler combustion characteristics, fuel characteristics of straw, and in accordance with the actual work on the straw in the process of fuel combustion and slagging mechanism, parts of slagging and slagging characteristics of the evaluation methods are discussed. In addition, biomass ash on the melting temperature of the pilot study born in the material characteristics of ash melting curve, is in control of biomass ash characteristics of the melt; biomass through the ashes of the testing research shares alkali metal proportion of ash constituents.
