摘要
以两面针药渣为例,对木质中药渣进行了工业分析、元素分析、灰渣特性分析。结果表明,两面针药渣水分和挥发分含量达90%以上,固定碳和灰分含量较少,药渣元素组成中氧的含量高,C/O接近于11∶,硫含量少,不易结渣。温度高于400℃时,其热解气化曲线变化缓慢,说明以两面针药渣为代表的木质中药渣可通过热解气化法制取洁净燃气,变废为宝,消除污染。
With the help of Proximate analysis, Ultimate analysis, Analysis of ash, TG, DTG, DTA,the paper analysed the residue of decoction, the result show that the wet and volatile are about 90% ,there is little fixed carbon and ash, C/H ratio is about 1:1, there is almost no S in it and almost no ash slag, when the temperature is over 400 ℃, the DTG curve residue of wooden herbs such as anthoxylumnitidum decoction can be used stock for clean fuel gas,this will change the waste to fuel and reduce pollution.
