摘要
本文采用生物质成型燃料双层炉排燃烧设备,分别进行了炉膛温度、燃料层厚度、燃料粒径和过量空气系数等对结渣率影响的试验,得出了生物质成型燃料燃烧设备的结渣特性。根据试验与观察,分析了生物质成型燃料燃烧设备的结渣过程及结渣影响因素,并总结了生物质成型燃料燃烧设备的结渣成因。
By using double-grate biomass briquette combustion equipment,we carried out the experiments investigating the effect of furnace-tank temperature,fuel thickness,fuel diamete and excess air coefficient upon the slagging rate.Then,we found the slagging chracteristics of biomass briquette combustion equipment,According to the test and investigation,we analyzed the slagging process and its involved factors of biomass briquette(combustion),and concluded slag s formation and causes of biomass briquette(combustion)...
