摘要
综述木材工业砂光粉的种类、颗粒形态、潜在危害和生物质燃料、外加填料、复合材料等主要资源化利用现状,以及不同应用途径的优势和不足。指出木质砂光粉作为可再生生物质资源化的一部分,开展其回收和资源化利用研究在降低能源消耗、减少固体污染物排放和提升环境治理等方面可发挥巨大作用,能够产生积极的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。提出探索利用不同组成和原料结构的木材工业砂光粉开发新型高附加值纳米功能材料将是该领域研究的重要方向之一;通过高值化木质纳米功能材料的开发和应用,能提升木材工业砂光粉综合应用价值并为其资源化有效利用提供思路。
Typical types,particle morphologies,potential hazards and main resources utilization status of biomass fuels,additional fillers,composite materials for sanding powders in wood industry,as well as advantages and disadvantages of different application approaches were reviewed.It is pointed that recycling and resources utilization of sanding powders in wood industry,which is a crucial part of renewable biomass resources,can play a huge role in reducing energy consumption,decreasing solid pollutant emissions,and improving environmental governance,and can generate positive economic,social,and ecological benefits.It is suggested that exploring sanding powders in wood industry with different compositions and structrues of raw matenials in novel high-value-added functional nanomaterials will be one of main research directions in this field.Development and application of high-valued functional nanomaterials can enhance the comprehensive application value of sanding powders in wood industry and provide ideas for effectwie resources utilization.
