摘要
以华北地区具有代表性的豆秸成型燃料为研究对象,运用场发射透射电子显微镜(JEM-2100F)对其微观结构进行观察,分别得到放大倍数为200,500,1000和2000的微观组织图像。将豆秸成型燃料与松散豆秸对比分析,其微观组织致密均匀,孔隙率大大减小。在燃烧时,豆秸成型燃料的挥发分逸出速度较松散秸秆大大降低,延长了燃烧时间,提高了燃烧效率。对豆秸成型燃料微观结构的研究,为生物质成型设备和燃烧设备的设计与改进提供了理论依据。
This paper takes the beanstalk briquette,which is representative in north China,as investigative object.This experiment uses the JEM-2100F Field Emission High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope(FE-HRTEM) to observe the microstructure of beanstalk briquette and get microstructure images of different amplifications:200,500,1 000 and 2 000.Compared with loose beanstalk,the microstructure of beanstalk briquette is uniform and compact,and the porosity is greatly reduced.So the volatile releasing speed of beanstalk briquette is greatly decreased and burning time of fuel is prolonged,therefore the combustion efficiency increases.The research on the microstructure of beanstalk briquette can provide theoretical basis in the design and improvement of biomass briquetting equipment and combustion equipment.
