摘要
以过硫酸钾和DMAEMA组成的氧化还原体系为引发剂,以正庚烷为连续相,Span80为分散剂,进行丙烯酰胺的反相悬浮聚合。在合适的条件下,可得到相对分子质量达107的产物。
In this paper,the kinetics of inverse suspension polymerization of acrylamide initiated by potassium persulfate(KPS) with N,N dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) is studied The rate equation was found to be R P=K P 1 13 0 55 0 5 0 32 The overall activation energy was determined to be 23 46 kJ/mol The UV analysis and DSC analysis for the PAAm showed that the DMAEMA not only joined the redox initiation but also entered into the PAAm chains PAAM polymers with super high M η of 10 7 have been obtained by using this polymerization system
