摘要
以环己烷为连续相 ,Span 2 0为分散剂 ,硝酸铈铵和乙二胺四乙酸二钠混合体系为引发剂 ,用反相悬浮聚合法合成可溶性淀粉接枝共聚物。研究了单体、引发剂、分散剂用量 ,反应时间 ,反应温度对单体转化率和淀粉接枝率的影响。结果表明 :引发剂硝酸铈铵为 2 .5 mol/ m3,乙二胺四乙酸二钠为 2 .5 mol/ m3,单体甲基丙烯酸浓度为 1 .0 mol/ L,反应温度为 40℃ ,反应时间为 2 h时 ,单体转化率和淀粉接枝率较高 ,单体转化率为90 % ,淀粉接枝率为 5 3 %。
The soluble starch graft copolymerization were synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization, in which the continuous phase was cyclohexane, dispersing agent was Span20 and initiator was ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) and ethylenediamine tetraccetic acid ( EDTA).The effects on the grafting percentage and the conversion degree of monomer were discussed, including the initiator concentration, the monomer concentration, the dispersing agent concentration, the reacting time and the temperature. The results showed that the optimum reaction condition were as follows: the concentration of initiator [CAN] 2.5 mol/m 3, [EDTA] 2.5 mol/m 3, the methylacrylic acid concentration 1.0 mol/L, the graft temperature 40 ℃, the reaction time 2 h, the dispersing agent 3%(V), the grafting percentage was 90%, the conversion degree of monomer was 53%.
