摘要
用过硫酸铵为引发剂 ,失水山梨醇酐单油酸酯 (Span-80 )为乳化剂 ,研究了甲基丙烯酸 -N、N-二甲胺基乙酯 (DMAEMA) /2 -丙烯酰胺基 -2 -甲基丙磺酸钠 (SAMPS)反相乳液聚合的聚合反应动力学。得到的动力学方程为 Rp∝ [Span-80 ] -0 .6 8[(NH4) 2 ] S2 O8] 0 .46 [SAMPS] 0 .6 0 [DMAEMA] 1 .1 2。聚合反应起始阶段和自动加速阶段的活化能分别为 5 3.6 8KJ· mol-1 和 32 .2 9KJ· mol-1 。
The inverse emulsion polymerization of N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA)initiated by potassium persulfate in the presence of sodium 2-acrylamde-2-methy propane sulfite(SAMPS) was carried out. The kinetics of the inverse emulsion polymerization was studied.The effects of temperature,the concentration of comonomer,initiator and emulsifier on the rate of polymerization were investigated in detail. The kinetics equation obtained is:R p∝[Span-80] -0.68 [(NH 4) 2S 2O 8] 0.46 [SAMPS] 0.60 [DMAEMA] 1,12 ,and the activity energies of the initiation and progression step are 53.68KJ·mol -1 and 32.29KJ·mol -1 respectively. These results suggest that the comonomer SAMPS plays an important role in the initiation step. The mechanisms of initiation and nucleation are discussed.
