摘要
以环己烷为连续相 ,十八烷基磷酸单酯为分散剂 ,无水亚硫酸纳和 VA- 0 4 4为引发剂 ,以丙烯酰胺 (AM)和功能性阳离子型共聚单体丙烯酸乙酯基三甲基氯化铵 (AQ)为合成单体 ,采用反相悬浮聚合法 ,合成了平均粒径约 1 mm的白色颗粒状阳离子型高分子聚合物 .并就分散剂、分散介质、油水比、反应温度、引发剂、搅拌速度和滴加时间等因素对反应的影响进行了具体探讨 .
The inverse suspension co polymerization of acrylamide(AM) with cationic N,N dimethylamino ethylacrylate ethylcloridequaternary (AQ) was studied using cyclohexane as the continuous phase, monohexadecyl phosphate as dispersant, and VA 044 and Na2SO3 as initiator. The average particle size of the copolymer was about 1mm. The effect of stirring speed and amount of dispersant on the average particle size of the copolymer was investigated. The variations of copolymer solution viscosity with reaction temperature or amount of initiator were given.
