摘要 本研究通过采用问卷调查法,从教师和学生对素质教育的认识、素质教育的内容、途径、方法、措施五个方面对现代远程开放教育环境下北京电大系统学生素质教育现状进行了调研,并根据调研结果,提出了现代远程开放教育中学生素质教育的行动策略,分别是:统一认识,开展宣传;构建素质教育目标体系,精心建设素质教育内容;充分发挥各种教学形式的优势,做好各种教学形式与素质教育的衔接;探索素质教育的有效方法,提高素质教育的质量;深化各项措施的实施力度,切实保障素质教育工作顺利开展。 The present situation of students'quality education was investigated by using questionnaire method in the system of Beijing Radio and Television University. The content of present situation included cognition, contents, ways, means, and measures of quality education. According to the present situation of quality education, the study suggested five aspects'action strategies of students'quality education in modem open distance education environment. It include: forming united knowledge and developing publicity; constructing target system and content of quality education ; full playing the advantages of all kinds of teaching form and establishing the relationship between all kinds of teaching form and quality education ; exploring the effective means of quality education and improving quality of quality education; trying to implement various measures and truly guaranteeing successful developing of quality education work.
