摘要
利用德国Isomed2000等速肌力测试系统对优秀攀岩运动员左右肘肘关节进行等速测试,探析攀岩运动员肘关节屈伸肌群的生物力学特征,为运动训练科学选材及康复提供理论依据。结果:优秀攀岩运动员屈伸峰力矩(PT)随测试速度的增大而减小,且屈伸峰力矩屈肌大于肘伸肌;最大功率随测试速度的增大而增加,左右侧做功无明显差异,表明两侧肌力平衡;屈或伸的向心/离心(ECC/CON)随给定运动速度的增加而增大,屈肌的向心/离心(ECC/CON)比值小于1.0。
Sokinetic flexion and extension of elbow joints were measured by Isomed2000 Isokinetic System in rock climbing athletes. Try to find out the biomechanics feature of elbow flexion and extension in rock climbing athetes and provide the basis for sports training and scientific selecting material and rehabilitation. Results: The peak torque(PT) of rock climbing athletes reduced with the test speed increasing and the flexor stronger than extensor ; the max power (MP) increased with the test speed increasing and in the same testing speed there are not significant differences in MP ,show that both side the muscles strength balanced. The flexor or extension's ECC/CON increased with the test speed increasing and the flexor's ECC/CON weaker than 1.
