摘要
通过文献资料法研究和探讨了攀岩运动力量训练的方法 ,指出在力量训练的过程中应紧密结合攀岩运动的实际需要 ,循序渐进 ,有所针对的采取各种有效手缎 ,在训练的过程中要不断追求肌力与体重的最大比例 ,并提出几点建议。
This papers discusses some methods of strength exercises in cliff-climbing sport by researching documents. It focus on the various effective methods gradually and centralizedly following the actual requirements in the cliff-climbing sport,and the biggest proportion between muscle and weight during the course of exercises.Finally,it offers some suggestions.
