摘要
当前关于幼儿园男教师的研究大多集中在关注他们对幼儿发展的重要性,男教师的生存现状、入职与流失、专业成长等问题上,对即将成为幼儿园教师的男大学生关注较少。学前教育专业的男大学生的生活、学习状态不容乐观,这与学前教育专业课程设置有关,更与这些幼儿园“准”男教师的心态有关。相关部门应加强对于职前教师专业成长的研究,做好大一新生的专业思想教育等工作,为培养出优秀的幼儿园男教师奠定基础。
Most current studies of male preschool teachers focus on their importance, their survival situation, entrance and dropout as well as their professional development. However little attention has been given to male students who are to be preschool teachers. Actually the life and study state of male students majoring in preschool education is rather upsetting, which is related to the setup of the preschool education curriculum, and more importantly, to their state of mind. Consequently research in teacher's pre-service development should be intensified and ideological education should be exercised to freshmen of preschool education so that a solid foundation could be built for the training of outstanding male preschool teachers.
