摘要
大学生村官计划在实施过程中仍面临角色定位模糊、身份处境尴尬、专业技能偏离等诸多问题。加强大学生村官的教育培训具有重要的现实紧迫性,建议统筹规划,将大学生村官培训纳入到干部教育培训体系;整合资源,有序开展岗前与在职教育培训。
The implementation of university graduates enterring into countryside and serving as village officials still confront with many problems including blur role orientation,awkard identity and place and unsuitable specialty skills.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen education and training for village officials of university graduates,and the suggestions are：planning as a whole and integrating training of village officials of university graduates into the strategy for official education and training;integrating resources and developing post foregoing training and in-service training in a planning manner.
