摘要
为鼓励和吸引更多大学生到农村扎根,支持社会主义新农村建设,国家在大学生村官计划实施中采取了多种优惠政策,为吸引大学生到农村任职奠定了良好的基础。但也造成了大学生村官计划的短效性,使大学生将去农村就业当成谋求自身利益的跳板,难以保证大学生村官计划成为一项长效运行机制。政府部门应在加强对大学生村官政策及出路分析的基础之上,探求大学生村官职业发展的长效运行机制,以解决大学生村官计划的短效性和大学生村官自身职业发展的困境。
In order to encourage and attract more university graduates to work in the rural areas and support new countryside construction,the government has adopted a variety of preferential policies in the program of university graduates serving as village leaders.These policies laid a good foundation in attracting graduate to serve in rural areas;however,it brings about some short-acting effects.In this situation,the universtity graduates take the employment in the rural area as a springboard of seeking their own interests.Therefore,the program has not formed a good long-term operating mechanism yet.Based on the analysis of various preferential policies and the future for graduates serving as village leaders,it is suggested that the government should explore the long-acting mechanism to deal with the problems of the program and the dilemma of the graduates' own career development.
