摘要
在高等教育质量保障体系上,美国的合作模式,具有非官方性和权威性;法国的集权模式,重视法制化建设;荷兰的指导模式,提倡分类评估;日本则以院校自评为主,辅之以社会中介评价机制。当前我国高等教育正处于大众化教育阶段,其质量问题对我国高等教育质量保障体系提出了挑战,发达国家的经验为我国高等教育质量保障体系的建立与完善提供了有益启示。
As for quality guarantee systems of higher education, the cooperation pattern in America has the quality of non - official and authority; the centralization pattern in France thinks highly of the legalization; the instruction pattern in Nether- lands advocates classification appraisal; the quality guarantee system in Japan gives first place to the self- evaluation, auxil- iary assessed by social intermediary appraisal mechanism. Now Chinese higher education being in the course of the mass edu- cation stage, the quality is challenging the quality guarantee system of higher education. The developed country＇ s experience is of useful enlightenment in establishing and the perfecting quality guarantee system of Chinese higher education.
