高校研究机构科研质量体系要素的自我诊断性评价 被引量:3

摘要 高校研究机构作为实现科教兴国的重要主体,其科研质量问题再次成为两会焦点,引起社会各界的关注。从科研过程的角度出发,构建高校研究机构的科研质量自我诊断性评价模型,对判断和提升科研质量水平具有重要意义。在梳理各体系要素的逻辑关系后,创建出包括四个阶段、五个标准和七个过程的自我诊断性评价模型。应用该模型,可以对不良科研过程和不良科研结果进行自我诊断性评价及优化。最后,就应用该模型时可能存在的若干问题提出了三点对策建议,以期为提升我国大学科研机构的整体科研质量水平提供参考。 University research institutions as an important subject of the strategy to invigorate the country through science, technology and education,the quality of their research achievements has always be the hot spots of the two associations and arouse various circles of society's concern.? From the perspective of the scientific process,creating a model of self - diagnostic evaluation of research Institution of university based on scientific research quality factors system is important to enhance the level of scientific research quality.The paper,we create such a model with four phases,five standards and seven processes.By using it,we point out how to optimize the poor scientific processes and achievements. Finally,we discuss the possible problems exist in the current university research institutions in order to provide some references for enhancing the overall level and quality of domestic university research.
