摘要
学校内部教学质量保障体系运行效果的体现程度是审核评估的重点之一。新建本科院校基于自身办学实际和应用型人才培养的要求,进一步加强教学质量保障体系建设,从宏观架构到微观运行等各方面都需要进行调整和完善。通过建设先进质量文化,完善教学质量保障模式,强化质量标准系统建设,引入现代信息化技术,推动教学自我评估纵深发展,充分发挥教学质量监控体系的闭环效应,健全持续改进的长效机制,以提高教学质量保障体系运行的有效度,推动教学质量保障体系自我完善与发展,促进教学质量和应用型人才培养质量的不断提高。
The operation effect of internal teaching quality assurance in a university is one of the core indexes of evaluation.Based on their teaching reality and the requirements for applied professionals,the newly-built undergraduate universities should intensify the construction of assurance institutions through adjustment and improvement from macro-architecture to micro-operation.With advanced culture for teaching quality,better quality control model,higher standards of construction,and modern information technology,we can push forward the self-assessment of teaching,continue our efforts to enhance monitoring system through its close-loop effect.That’s how we can boost the effectiveness and development of the system so as to keep promoting teaching quality and forester better applied talents.
