摘要
文章在介绍导师制和中学导师制的缘起与轨迹的基础上,结合上海市文来高中的校情,分别从心理学、教育学和教育社会学的角度论证了学校实施导师制的合理性,并详细介绍了文来高中在实施导师制方面的实践与探索。
Based on the introduction of origin and track of tutorial System and tutorial system of high school, the paper combined the situation of wenlai Senior high school in Shanghai, demonstrated the reasonableness of the implementation of tutorial system from the perspectives of psychology, pedagogy and sociology of education, and then introduced the practice and expolration of the implementation of tutorial system in wenlai senior high school in details.
