摘要
通过自编学生评教问卷对436名大学生进行无记名调查,数据运用SPSS11.50软件进行探索性因子分析,结果表明大学生对教师教学质量的评价有五个维度:内容组织、师生沟通、为人师表、课堂吸引力和教学实践性,累计贡献率54.67%;根据因子负载及每个因子的标识项目数确定五个维度在评教中的权重,从而构建大学生评教体系及计分方法,即学生评教模型。
In this study, 436 undergraduates are anonymously investigated by questionnaire of teaching quality. The data are analyzed by SPSSll. 50. The result shows that there are five factors in the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) model of Student Evaluation of Teaching, namely content organization, communication, model setting, attraction and practicality, explaining 54. 67% of total variance, yet a central trait named teaching quality may briefly summarize these five factors. Finally, the paper discussed how to decide the weight in Student Evaluation of Teaching and structured the evaluation model.
