摘要 用离子交换和凝胶过滤层析对巴戟天粗多糖进行分级纯化,获得了纯化的多糖组分MOPI-3;通过免疫器官指数、巨噬细胞吞噬率及外周血淋巴细胞转化率3项指标,考察了巴戟天粗多糖MOP以及纯化的MOPI-3的免疫调节活性,结果表明,粗多糖MOP以及纯化的MOPI-3对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫功能低下小鼠具有明显的免疫促进作用,以中剂量组(30mg/kg·d)效果最为明显,基本达到或超过了空白对照组的水平;在相同剂量下,MOPI-3的免疫增强活性大于MOP,说明柱层析分离纯化得到了得到了比粗多糖免疫活性强的纯多糖组分。 The polysaccharide from Morinda officinalis how, named as MOPI-3, was isolated by ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography. The immunological activities of crude polysaccharide MOP and purified polysaccharide MOPI-3 were evaluated by immune organs index, phagocytolysis of macrophage and lymphocyte transformation. The results showed that, both MOP and MOPI-3 could obviously enhanced the immunological activities of immune suppression mice models induced by cyclophosphamide. The middlingdose trial group (30 mg/kg.d) had the strongest activities which nearly reached or exceeded those of the control group. Under the same dose, the MOPI-3 exhibited higher immunological activities than MOP, indicating that purified polysaccharides had remarkable activities than the crude polysaccharide.
