摘要
研究胀果甘草多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。用环磷酰胺(CTX)饲喂小鼠制造免疫功能抑制的动物模型,以生理盐水作为正常对照。给模型小鼠分别饲喂低、中、高剂量多糖溶液,连续7 d,饲喂多糖溶液质量分数分别为80、160、320 mg/kg。通过计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数,检测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性和血清溶血素等实验,对胀果甘草多糖的免疫活性进行研究。3项免疫指标均显示,胀果甘草多糖对小鼠的特异性免疫、非特异性免疫有正向调节作用,且有剂量效果关系。
To study the immunomodulatory effect of polysaccharide from Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat. in the immune function of mice, immunosuppressed mouse models were established by feeding cyclophosphamied( CTX),with physiological saline as blank control group. To the model mice were fed low, medium and high dose of polysaccharide solution, 7 days in a row, feeding the polysaccharide solution mass fraction was respectively 80, 160,320 mg/kg. By calculating the thymus index and spleen index, the test of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity activity and serum hemolysin experiment, such as immune activity of expanding fruit licorice polysaccharide were studied. The three immune indexes showed that swelling fruit of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide on mice specific immune and nonspecific immune positive regulatory role, and had a dose effect relationship.
