摘要
结合当前食品安全新形势,根据高校食品质量与安全专业教学中存在的问题,就教学内容、教学方法和考核形式3个方面对该专业教学提出了建议。
According to the problem existed in professional teaching of food quality and safety in university and the new position of food safety, this paper discussed teaching contents, teaching methods and examination forms and some suggestions were put forward.
