摘要
目前的研究结果肯定了放化疗综合治疗可以提高鼻咽癌总生存率和无瘤生存率,这种优势在同步放化疗时更为突出,但同步放化疗也增加急性毒副反应。最佳的放化疗综合治疗方式、最佳的治疗药物以及降低放化疗综合治疗晚期损伤,尚有待进一步的研究。
Till now, it was assured that the combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy could increase overall survival rate and event-free survival rate in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The benefit was essentially observed when chemotherapy was administered concomitantly with radiotherapy. As we know, the benefit was obtained at the cost of aggravation of acute and late side effect. The best treatment method and the best medicine should be certain with further research, and the late side effect should be watched out.
