摘要
本文归纳了上一轮普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估的经验教训,综述了国外高等教育质量评估的发展趋势及其借鉴意义。在此基础上,就新一轮本科教学评估的价值取向、制度设计、分类评估框架,以及相应的指标体系设计和方法技术体系构建等热点和难点问题阐明了笔者的观点。
This paper sums up the experiences and lessons of the undergraduate teaching evaluation in general higher education institutes during last round in China, reviews the developing trend of quality assurance in overseas higher education and its significance for reference. Then the author clarifies his views on these hotspots and difficulties which are the value orientation, system design, classified evaluation framework, the relevant index system design, and system construction of methods and techniques in the new round of undergraduate teaching evaluation.
