摘要
基于KPl分析和构建了我国高等学校员工绩效考核基本模型和维度模型,深入研究了维度模型的KPI维度,KPI要素和KPI元素.实现了KPI的算法,为我国高等学校员工绩效考核提供了重要参考依据.
Analyze and built university employee's the basic model and the model dimension of performance appraisal based on KPI, deeply to study the dimension of KPI, main factor of KPI and chemical element of KPI of the dimension model. implement the KPI algorithm, provide the important reference for the university employee' s performance appraisal of our country.
