摘要
高校教学科研人员绩效考评是高校人事管理的核心。该研究结合我国高校教学科研人员绩效考评指标体系,简要介绍了德尔菲法、层次分析法等几种绩效考评权重的计算方法,着重运用层次分析法对该指标体系的各个指标、评价主体的可信度进行了权重赋值。
The teacher's performance evaluation of high school is the core of human resource management. The article combining the teacher's performance evaluation index scale of high school in our country, introduced the methods of form a set of performance assessment' weight, such as Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process and so on. And mainly used the analytic hierarchy process to define the weight coefficients of all the indexes in the analysis system and the reliability of access principal part.
