摘要
结合大汶河背景资料 ,应用改进的层次分析法对河流水污染控制系统规划进行研究探讨 ,取得满意结果。从分析、探讨的过程看 ,该方法对于研究这类问题具有客观性、准确性和有效性的特点 ,是解决定性与定量相结合的水污染控制系统规划问题的较为理想的方法和手段。
The paper studies the river water pollution control system planning by Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP) based on the analysis of the background materials of Dawenhe River,and a satisfying conclusion is formed. The study demonstrates that IAHP has the characteristics of being objective,accurate and effective for such problem,so IAHP is a more ideal method and way to solve the problem of river water pollution control system planning with quantitative and qualitative factors.
