摘要
“目标管理法”是企业为实现组织目标常使用的绩效考核方法之一,有效实施“目标管理法”必须要结合不同行业的自身特点才能取得最佳的效果。从“目标管理法”的理论基础和特点入手,结合销售指标评估的具体特点,对“目标管理法”在销售当中的具体应用进行了系统的阐述分析。
MBO(management by objectives)is one of the methods in performance e valuation often used by the cor-poration to complete the objectives of the corporation.The effective pr actice of MBO,which must combine with the fea-tures of different industries,can g et the best effect.Starting from the theoretical foundation and feature s of MBO and connecting with the concrete specia lities of the marketing target evalu ation,this paper makes systematical formulation and analysis of the concrete applicatio n of MBO in the marketing.
