摘要
针对高校人力资源考核指标存在大量难以直接量化的问题,提出了高校人力资源评价的模糊计量方法.该方法通过建立评价指标体系、确定隶属矩阵,全面反应高校教师非货币价值的计量内容,并最终计算出高校教师的价值发挥程度.为高校人力资源管理提供可量化的科学评价方法.
Since some HR evaluation indexes are hard to quantify, this paper applies the fuzzy metric method to evaluate human resource in university. This method completely reflects the non-currency metric content through establishing evaluation indexes and setting up subjection matrix. The approach to calculate the degree of teacher exertion is given, which provides quantifiable evaluation method for human resource management.
