摘要
随着我国市场 经济的发展和高等教育的进一步市场化,由传统的人事管理向人力资源 管理的转变已成为一种必然。要实现这一改革,必须做到:认清人力资源管理与高校发展战 略之间的关系;对现有人事管理人员进行培训;大力转变人事管理工作的思维方式和工作方 法;完善人力资源管理的有关制度与政策;营造一个让人才脱颖而出的环境。
With the development of market economy in China, more and more univers ities and colleges in this country realize that the traditional personnel manage ment system no longer suits to and even restrains their development and it becom es necessary for a shift to manpower resource management. In order for this to c ome true, the relationship between manpower management and developmental strateg ies for the educational institutions should be clarified, the current personnel management staff trained accordingly, the style of thinking and working correcte d, and relevant regulations and policies established.
