摘要
针对不同考核对象,由于考核成员不同,采用的考核尺度不同,带来的考核数据缺乏可比性的情况,提出偏离因子的概念。把由于考核成员不同带来的考核数据偏差,进行修正,得出的修正数据具有较好的可比性,提高了评价结果的可信度。最后,通过例子,利用提出的方法进行验证,说明提出方法的有效性。
In view of lack of comparability of assessment data stemming from the difference of the evaluation scales,the conception of deviation factor is proposed for the different evaluation subjects and the different assessment of members.The deviation which comes from the different members is modified.The comparability of the modified deta is better,and the reliability is increased.Finally,the example is given to illustrated the effectiveness of the this method.
