摘要
利用金相及断口显微学等方法,系统地分析和研究了造成中高碳钢丝在拉拔过程中脆断的内、外部因素,并指出显微组织不良、夹杂物及折叠等冶金缺陷是导致钢丝脆断的主要原因。
The internal and external factors of the brittle fracture in themedium and high carbon steel wires caused during drawing process were stud-ted and analysed systematically by metallographic and fractographic examina-tion,andit is pointed out that the metallurgical defects such as bad microsco-pic structures,inclusions and folding are the main causes leading to the bri-ttle fracture of the steel wire.
