摘要
针对国产82B盘条在拉拔过程中的断裂现象进行了分析,通过对网状组织、金相组织、夹杂物与表面质量及拉拔工艺的浅析,指出了造成82B盘条断裂的原因。
The crack of 82B wire coils during the drawing was analyzed. By analyzing the network structure, metallographic structure, inclusion, surface quality and drawing process, the reason of crack for 82B wire coils was pointed out.
