摘要 分析Φ5.5小规格55SiCrA盘条冷拔过程中笔尖状断裂原因,通过生产跟踪锁定问题点。热模拟试验验证结果显示斯太尔摩线上非搭接点冷速偏快。通过采用降低均热段温度和低温终轧,降低了终轧后盘条淬透性,提高了珠光体组织转变速率,保障了热轧盘条组织正常。随后生产的盘条经用户批量使用,产品质量稳定,未再有断裂发生。 Penpoint shaped brittle fracture occurred while small sized Φ5.5 wire rod 55SiCrA was drawn. By causes analysis and production tracking,thermal simulation test results showed that the cooling speed of the non-overlapping of the wire rod on Stelmor cooling line was too fast. The method of reducing the temperature at soaking zone and low temperature finish rolling could reduce the wire rod hardenability after finishing and raised pearlite transformation rate. After improvement,the wire rod quality was stable and no fracture occurred.
