摘要
本文通过对钢丝表面润滑膜的径向微观分析,提出了拉丝过程润滑剂的作用机理以及润滑膜的质量评判指标,进而探讨了润滑剂的理化性能与润滑膜的质量评判指标及润滑效果之间的关系。
By means of radial micro-analysis of lubricating film on steel wire,the mechanism of lubric-ants in the proccss of wire drawing and the indexes for assessment of the lubricating film qnalityare proposed.Furthermore,the inter-relation of the physical/chemical properties of the lubricants,the qnality indexes of the lubricating film and the lubricating effects in the drawing process areapproached.
