摘要
预应力钢绞线用优质高碳盘条82B在拉拔过程中常出现脆断现象。通过对碳偏析、缩孔、表面横裂等质量影响因素的分析,提出并实施了相应的工艺改进措施;通过优化炼钢、连铸、控轧控冷以及拉拔工艺等,提高了盘条质量,降低了用户在使用过程中的断丝率。
There is brittle fracture frequently during drawing the high carbon wire rod 82B, which is used for prestressed strand. Factors of quality such as carbon segregation, shrinkage cavity and surface transverse cracks are analyzed, and the relevant measures for improving the process are put forward. By optimizing the processes of steelmaking, continuous casting, controlled rolling & cooling and the drawing, the quality of is improved, and the rate of breakdown is decreased.
