82B高碳钢连铸坯中心偏析及线材质量的改善 被引量:45

摘要 为了解决用连铸坯直接轧制的82B高碳钢线材易脆断的问题,进行了试验研究,通过金相组织检验分析等方式,找出了导致82B线材易脆断的主要原因是铸坯中心偏析,并在生产中采取了降低中包钢水过热度、用拉矫辊实施轻压下等措施,使82B高碳钢铸坯中心偏析及轧制的线材质量得到明显改善。 Experimental researches including metallographic structure inspection and analysis have been carried out to solve the problem of brittleness in directly rolling the continouus casting bloom into 82B high carbon steel wire rod.Results indicate that the primary cause to the brittleness of steel product is the central segregation in the bloom. By taking such a few technical measures as cut-down of the over heat of hot metal in the tundish and application of soft reduction and quality of the wire rod greatly improved.
