摘要
蒙古族的传统食品分为白食和红食两种。白食即各种奶制品;红食即各种肉制食品。白食和红食在制作过程中,多采用一些具有蒙古族特色的传统工艺。在品尝食品时,再配以蒙古族待客的传统礼仪,使蒙古族的饮食风格具有浓郁的民族特色,形成了独具特色的饮食文化。
The traditional Mongolian food is classified into white food and red food: white food refers to dairy and red food refers to meet. The distinctive traditional Mongolian cooking process is generally used to cook them. Sampling the foods in Mongolian traditional hospitality manners adds distinctive national features to Mongolian ethnic catering style, making the catering culture unique and charm.
