摘要
基于流畅体验理论,揭示体育活动和网络游戏的流畅体验特征与心理健康的关系。采用澳大利亚学者Jackson的【流畅状态量表】,对量表进行重新修正并检验。随机抽取378名大学生进行问卷调查,问卷共分3部分:体育活动的流畅体验问卷、网络游戏的流畅体验问卷以及心理健康问卷。研究发现,体育活动的流畅体验有5个流畅体验的表现特征:自我意识降低、清晰的目的、挑战—技能平衡、行动—意识的融合、愉快的体验。网络游戏中有5个表现流畅体验的特征:愉快的体验、专注任务、清晰的目的、时间错觉、挑战-技能平衡。研究还发现,网络游戏与心理健康呈负相关趋势,而体育活动与心理健康呈正相关。在相关性的基础上,对两种活动的流畅体验与心理健康进一步做回归方程分析,发现体育活动中"清晰的目的"和"自我意识减弱"这两个特征对心理健康的"正向情绪"预测作用;"愉快的体验"这个特征对心理健康的"减缓负向情绪"有预测作用;"自我意识减弱"这个特征对心理健康的"认知能力"有预测作用。在网络游戏中的"愉快的体验"这个特征对心理健康的"减缓负向情绪、认知能力"两个因素有预测作用。可以看出,体育活动有助心理健康,网络游戏不利于心理健康。
Based on the Theory of flow experience, this study depicts the features of flow experience in physical exercises and net games as well as relations among the features and mental health. The inventory composed by Jackson from Australia is employed in the study with some modifications and tests. A total of 378 college students were drawn out for a questionnaire which contains 3 sections: flow experience in physical activities, flow experience in net games and mental health. Five features are found in flow experience in physical activities:decrease in self-awareness, clear purpose, balance between challenge and skill, blending of action and awareness, and pleasant experience. Then five features are found in flow experience in net games: pleasant experience, concentration on certain tasks, clear purpose, misconception of time, and balance between challenge and skill. A negative correlation is also found between net games and mental health, and the correlation between physical exercises and mental health positive; In terms of correlation, a regression equation analysis is conducted between flow experience in the two activities and mental state. The findings are as follows:during physical exercises, clear purpose and decrease in self-awareness foresee positive emotional state; pleasant experience foresees decrease in negative emotional stated;decrease in self-awareness foresees cognition in mental health;pleasant experience in online games foresees decrease in negative emotional state and cognition respectively. This paper, cises lead to mental health whereas net games do therefore, reveals the fact that physical exerharm to it.
